To request housing, submit the housing application form and housing prepayment when you register. You should do this as early as possible, as housing is limited. The prepayment is $950, and half of it is nonrefundable. The remaining housing balance of $3,300 is due Tuesday, May 26.
Students with disabilities: please submit both a request for accommodation form and current supporting documentation of your disability to be considered for a housing accommodation. Submit your materials to the disability services coordinator as early as possible, but no later than May 26. See Disability Services.
Beginning in mid-May, you may log in to online services to view your housing assignment. Assignments may not be held if tuition, room and board, and all other fees are not paid by May 26. Please note that roommate requests cannot be honored.
You may cancel housing online through Sunday, June 21, or at anytime by submitting a signed written request to the Housing Office; e-mail and telephone requests are not accepted. No other method of notification, including failure to move in or verbal notification, is accepted.
Secondary School Program (SSP) students: if you wish to cancel housing but remain in courses, you must submit written cancellation requests to the SSP Office.
Half of the housing prepayment is nonrefundable. The refund amount depends on the date the cancellation is submitted online, postmarked, or delivered to 51 Brattle Street. If you withdraw from all Summer School courses, you are no longer eligible for housing (see course changes and withdrawals).
