The general costs for Harvard Summer School are outlined below. Tuition differs for some courses and programs; check individual descriptions.

You may register with an initial payment of $50 until Tuesday, May 26, when full payment is due. After May 26, if you have not paid in full, you will be assessed a $100 late fee. If you have an overdue balance, you risk losing your housing assignment and space in limited-enrollment and waitlisted courses. When registering during late registration (Wednesday, May 27–Thursday, June 25), you must pay full tuition and fees, including a $100 late fee, at the time of registration.
Housing prepayment. If you are applying for housing, you must submit a prepayment with your housing application.
International student I-20 prepayment. If you are an international student requesting an I-20, a prepayment is required with the request; see the I-20 information.

Online payment by credit card or electronic check is preferred, but there are other payment options, including cash and employer/company billing. Also, be sure to review the payment policies.
Student Financial Services staff members are available to help you make payments.
