More than 300 liberal arts courses

Explore subjects as diverse as art history, government, biology, mathematics, literature, and foreign languages. Most courses are held on the Cambridge campus. But about 10 courses are available online.

A seven-week session

The Summer School session spans seven weeks, from June 21 to August 6. Many courses meet twice a week during the day, and some are available in the evening. Intensive courses meet daily. See the preliminary Summer School dates.

Tuition

Most 4-credit courses cost $2,580. And 8-credit courses are $5,160. See Tuition and Fees for more information.

Course credit

All courses provide either 4 or 8 credits, and most are available for undergraduate or graduate credit. You may choose to enroll as a noncredit student if you prefer to audit a course. The maximum course load is 8 credits.
