Each year hundreds of Summer School students and members of the community come to Harvard to participate in a long-standing tradition: joining 1 of 3 performing musical groups sponsored by Harvard Summer School.
During summer 2009, journalists from the Harvard Gazette followed the activities of the Harvard Summer Pops Band, Summer School Orchestra, and Summer School Chorus as they auditioned, rehearsed, and performed. The result is a multimedia presentation that looks “behind-the-scenes” of these outstanding seasonal groups.
